May 2026 - Redesigned PDU management console, alerts, groups, and access polish

May introduced the redesigned PDU management experience, with faster fleet visibility, better alert triage, and more complete device configuration workflows.

New

  • Power Distribution Units view - The connected devices area has been reorganized around PDUs, with a clearer global list, WAN path visibility, model and LTE status signals, and active alert status.
  • Device Overview page - The previous device details experience has been replaced with a focused Overview page that surfaces identity, firmware, WAN path, device groups, and connectivity context.
  • Redesigned alert workflows - Alert pages now provide clearer filtering, triggered and clear alert states, dedicated alert details, and better event-log context for troubleshooting.
  • Device groups refresh - Device group pages now include improved filtering, pagination, group descriptions, and layouts that match the updated PDU list and alert experiences.
  • Role-based outlet control - Outlet state changes now respect role permissions more consistently.
  • Login notices and SSO enforcement - Enterprise login notices and SSO-required sign-in controls were added for teams that need stricter access policies.

Improved

  • Diagnostics and troubleshooting - Device diagnostics now emphasize ping, shell access, log context, and quick outlet controls from the device workflow.
  • Configuration and networking - Device configuration has been reorganized around maintenance, firmware, syslog/settings, pair/unpair, and network configuration sections.
  • Event logs and activity logs - Event and activity log pages were refreshed with clearer names and better device context.
  • Team access management - User device access management received pagination and interface improvements.
  • UI consistency - Shared styling, loading indicators, toggles, navigation, and device management links were refined across the application.

Fixed

  • Enterprise branding display - Enterprise branding images now render more reliably in the console.
  • Sign-in troubleshooting - Sign-in issues now provide better diagnostic context for support.
  • API key creation - The create API key modal was fixed as part of the team and access management refresh.
  • Missing page handling - A Not Found page was added for clearer handling of invalid routes.

Why it matters

Daily PDU operations now require less navigation and less guesswork. Fleet status, alert review, device troubleshooting, and access management are easier to scan and act on from the updated console.
