Returns inlet telemetry history for a device with optional time bucketing for rollups.

Device enclosure serial number.

Inclusive start time in Unix epoch milliseconds. Defaults to last 24 hours.

Inclusive end time in Unix epoch milliseconds. Defaults to now.

Minutes per bucket (1-1440). When set, results are averaged per bucket.
