Delete a PDU Outlet Group

Deletes an outlet group from the specified PDU through its /api/groups/{group_id} endpoint. The PDU must be online. Access is limited to authorized devices; when an effective device role applies, it must allow editAllOutletsAllowed.

400DEVICE_NOT_FOUND: the device is unavailable to this user or has no cloud device connection registered. GROUP_OPERATION_FAILED: the PDU rejected the operation.
