Getting Started with Synaccess Central Management Portal (CMP)

Synaccess CMP is our unified platform for managing, controlling, and logging smart PDU measurement data and outlet performance. It is available as a fully hosted service—Synaccess Cloud (pricing options)—or as a self-hosted solution that you can deploy on-premises or within your private cloud. This flexibility allows you to choose the deployment model that best fits your operational and regulatory requirements.

Simplified Connectivity:
For both Synaccess Cloud and private cloud deployments, each PDU establishes an outbound connection to the CMP. This approach, often referred to as a reverse connection or NAT traversal, allows the device to initiate communication from behind a NAT (Network Address Translation) gateway. Since NAT typically blocks unsolicited incoming connections, this method eliminates the need for intricate network configurations such as port forwarding, making deployment and management across multiple networks straightforward and reliable.
