Getting Started with Synaccess CMP

Welcome to Synaccess Cloud

Synaccess Cloud centralizes management for your SynLink PDUs so you can reach devices, command outlets, and keep tabs on every change from a single browser session.

Step 1 — Create your account

Head to cloud.synaccess.com, submit the short enrollment form from the signup link, and expect an approval response within one to two business days before you begin pairing hardware.

Step 2 — Prepare and pair your SynLink PDU

1. Bring the PDU online on your network and identify it's IP address.

2. Log in locally to the PDU, navigate to Network -> Cloud, enable Synaccess Cloud and login with your new Synaccess Cloud credentials; pairing (and future re-pairing) happens through the device’s own login screen.

   

3. Back in Cloud, open the device details panel to verify connection status before you start switching outlets remotely.

   

Explore core workflows right away

• Operate outlets with confidence. Filter, rename, and switch individual outlets while watching per-outlet current, power, and voltage readings update live.

  

• Group devices for batch work. Organize PDUs, assign operators, and apply permissions or actions to an entire fleet through device groups.

  

• Audit everything. Activity and event logs surface pairing actions, outlet switches, firmware updates, and alert triggers with filtering and deep links back to each device.

• Automation & alerts. Build rich alert rules that highlight triggered conditions, show time-since-fire, and jump straight to the affected device for follow-up.
• Deeper configuration. Tune NTP, timezone, and remote syslog destinations so long-term event and user activity streams land in your observability stack.
• API-first control. Generate personal access tokens and hit the REST endpoints for devices, outlets, events, logging, and more whenever you need to automate workflows.
